Aisha Williams, Esq.  |  Principal Attorney

Aisha is a multicultural trilingual speaker who spent her childhood visiting her large extended family in South America. While still just a child, her grandfather passed away and an ugly struggle for his estate ensued, destroying close family bonds. Affected by this family battle, Aisha decided to leave her in-house counsel role at a large, well-known Fortune-100 company, to focus on Estate Planning and to ensure Californians have a trusted advisor in achieving their planning goals through comprehensive and heart-driven estate planning legal services.

Aisha is a native of San Diego, and put herself through college by working at the company that would ultimately hire her upon graduation. At San Diego State University, she graduated with a B.A. in International Business (with an emphasis in Spanish and a Distinction in the Major) and a minor in Portuguese.

Her desire to do meaningful and fulfilling work drove her back to school, and as someone who isn’t afraid of a challenge, she attended University of San Diego School of Law under scholarship, while continuing to work full-time. Aisha earned her law degree and passed the California Bar Exam in 2012, working as in-house counsel for another six years.

Aisha is married to her college love and they have two young daughters. She loves spending time with her family, going to the beach, traveling, dancing, playing golf and soccer, snowboarding, going to live music events, and watching sports, especially her beloved San Diego Padres.

Aisha is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice law in California.

Matt Williams  |  Chief Operating Officer

Matt is a lifelong San Diegan who shares a passion for Estate Planning. He has spent nearly two decades working in leadership roles for Fortune-500 and boutique firms, managing their finance functions. His experience includes having underwritten and acquired or sold more than $3 Billion in investments, and managing the financial operations of a $7 Billion real estate investment portfolio.  Distinguished with multiple Dean’s List honors, Matt graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting.

Matt is responsible for managing the marketing, finance, and operations for Aisha Williams Law, and if he’s not busy doing that, you can find him chasing after, or being jumped upon by, his and Aisha’s five- and seven-year old daughters. He also enjoys meditation, surfing, golfing, traveling, practicing yoga, reading just about anything, and going to live music shows. He also thinks the San Diego Padres are pretty great (even when the pitching is abhorrent).

Alexandra Loutsenhizer | Client Services Director

Alex is a paralegal and project manager with 15+ years of experience. Before joining Aisha Williams Law, Alex worked as a lead litigation paralegal in San Diego focusing on civil class action law. Prior to earning her Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego, she spent nearly a decade working with attorneys for a well-known telecommunication business (where she first met and worked with Aisha). In addition to her Paralegal Certificate, Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, San Diego (Eleanor Roosevelt College) and a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from UCSD Extension.

In her free time, Alex can usually be found in one of two places: anywhere outside running, hiking, biking or camping with her husband, two kids, and two dogs, or curled up on the couch with a good book and a giant cup of tea. She also enjoys yoga and meditation when she can sneak it in.
