Raised in a multicultural setting, Aisha Williams, our principal attorney, experienced the impact of estate battles early on. This experience propelled her from an in-house role at a Fortune-100 company towards a heart-led career in California estate planning. Aisha offers Californians comprehensive legal services, aiming to protect family bonds through careful estate planning.
A San Diego native, Aisha balanced work and studies until her graduation from San Diego State University. She graduated with a B.A. in International Business, a Spanish emphasis, a Portuguese minor, and a Distinction in Major.
Driven to create change, Aisha returned to education at the University of San Diego School of Law. While studying under scholarship and working full time, she earned her law degree in 2012. Today, Aisha juggles being a devoted mother and wife, a sports enthusiast, and a licensed member of the State Bar of California.
Matt Williams | Finance, Operations & Marketing
Matt Williams, a lifelong San Diego resident, balances his passion for Estate Planning with extensive leadership roles in finance. His career has seen him manage financial operations for a $7 billion investment portfolio and oversee over $3 billion in investments.
A distinguished San Diego State University graduate, Matt’s focus lies in all things not estate planning related at the firm. When not working on Aisha Williams Law’s business functions, Matt is a family man who enjoys meditation, golf, travel, and live music.
Alexandra Loutsenhizer | Client Services Director
Alexandra “Alex” Loutsenhizer, our Client Services Director, brings over 15 years of paralegal experience. Before joining Aisha Williams Law, she honed her skills in civil class action law. Alex holds a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego and a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from UCSD Extension.
In her downtime, Alex embraces the outdoors with her family and dogs or finds tranquility in a good book and a cup of tea.
Tracy York | Paralegal
Tracy York started her career in Silicon Valley, progressing from an analyst to a legal compliance manager. She now applies her legal experience as a paralegal at Aisha Williams Law. With a diverse academic background, including a Juris Doctor degree, Tracy is a valuable member of our team.
During her personal time, Tracy delights in her family, her 1920s Craftsman cottage restoration, and the playful interruptions of her pets during Zoom meetings.
